    Amy Deans is a finance broker at Black Mountain Financial. She works with home buyers, investors, and business owners across Canberra, the ACT, and regional NSW — helping clients find lending that fits the situation in front of them, not the one a product brochure assumes.

    Her focus is the fit. Before an application goes anywhere, Amy works through the numbers, the goal, and the timing, then matches them to a lender who will genuinely say yes. A clear picture of what a client can and can't do beats a rushed application every time, so that is where she starts. When a deal isn't ready, she says so.

    BMF is a small team working with a small number of clients. That is deliberate. It means Amy knows your file, knows the lenders, and stays across your application — from the first conversation through to settlement. Based in Canberra, connected nationally.
